Daria Umnova, known as Frosya or Frosik, was born on September 14, 2001, in Moscow. She faced bullying and social challenges during her school years and struggled with anorexia at 14. Following medical advice, she took up sports, eventually becoming a master of sports in weightlifting. She studied at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism with plans to become a fitness trainer. At 17, she started modeling, participating in both national and international fashion shows.
In 2019, she launched her TikTok account as Frosya, quickly gaining millions of views with humorous and positive content. In 2020, she began a singing career under the name Frosik, releasing multiple tracks starting with “Notice Me.” In 2024, she was involved in a controversy related to a restaurant performance and received an administrative penalty. She remains unmarried, without children, and openly shares aspects of her personal life. Her height is 173–175 cm, and she weighs around 64 kg.
