Daria Umnova, known as Frosya or Frosik, was born on September 14, 2001, in Moscow. She overcame bullying and anorexia during her school years, later becoming a master of sports in weightlifting. She studied at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism, aiming for a fitness trainer career. At 17, she began modeling, including participation in international fashion shows. In 2019, she started posting on TikTok, quickly gaining millions of views with her humorous and positive content. In 2020, she launched her music career under the name Frosik with the song “Notice Me.”
In 2024, Frosya was involved in a controversy over a restaurant performance that led to an administrative penalty. She remains unmarried and shares aspects of her personal relationships publicly. Standing approximately 173–175 cm tall and weighing around 64 kg, she has built a large following through her social media presence and artistic activities.
