Yulia Galkina, born on December 24, 1984, in Kursk, is a Russian theater and film actress. She graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 2006 and joined the Moscow Art Theatre named after A. P. Chekhov, where she continues to work. Alongside her acting career, she earned a second degree in the psychology of creativity and defended her PhD thesis in 2011.
Galkina made her film debut in 2008 and gained recognition through roles in films such as "Kisses of Fallen Angels," "Alexander. The Battle of Neva," "Taming of the Shrew," "Artist," and "Santa Claus for Mom," as well as various TV series. She performs in dramatic, comedic, and action roles and remains active both on stage and in cinema while combining her artistic work with scientific research.
