Born in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, she belongs to the Tabyn clan of the Zhetiru tribe. She began dancing in early childhood and started playing volleyball seriously at 14. She played for the Kazkhom club, eventually becoming team captain, and from 16 played for Almatinochka-Almaty. In the 2013/14 season, her team won silver in the Higher League A. In 2014, she enrolled in university and declined multiple modeling offers with parental support.
In December 2020, she married and gave birth to a son in 2021. She announced her divorce in March 2025. She currently resides in Astana.
