Laysan Utiasheva, born on June 28, 1985, in Zilair, Bashkiria, is a Russian former rhythmic gymnast, television presenter, and actress. She trained under Irina Viner from the age of five and won five gold medals at European and World Championships between 2000 and 2004, including becoming the absolute European champion in 2002. Utiasheva retired in 2004 at 19 due to a spinal fracture.
